This video explains my policy on reuploads, as well as why certain videos are gone, although there may be an additional video about this at some point in the future. Please scroll down if you would like to learn more.
On SML Content:
Logan Thirtyacre (SuperMarioLogan, SuperLuigiLogan, SuperBowserLogan) has given express permission on numerous occassions allowing me to use his content in both reaction and review videos, as well as in "parody-style" uploads. With this being said, I do not allow others to, for example, react to my reactions, react to my reviews, or reupload any of my SML related content, in any way.
On My Content:
I forbid anyone from using my content, in part or in it's entirety, without express permission from me. Reuploads, no matter the status of the original content, are also strictly prohibited. Any and all content uploaded to any of my channels, or any other platform I choose to use, is mine, and mine alone, to use. Content that is also my own also includes any profile pictures, banners, or fanart made for my use, even if by a separate individual, past, present, or future. Those whom have made the art may use it for purposes of demonstration, display, etc. Use of these images by any unauthorized person is prohibited. Any other content, such as images of myself (this includes frames from videos with myself in it, which will henceforth be counted as "images" should they be used in that context) are prohibited for reuse.
Attempting to use my brand or likeness, common mispellings, etc., especially with intent to deceive others, is prohibited.
These rules were clarified June 6th, 2020 at approx. 15:00 GMT.
Those whom have, knowingly or otherwise, violated these rules before this clarification will have until July 6th, 2020 at 15:00 GMT, to adjust accordingly. Note, however, that this is a grace period mainly designed for those whom were unaware of the rules to begin with. Those knowingly doing so and/or trying to initiate such actions after June 6th at 15:00 GMT will not be subject to said grace period.
Furthermore, these rules have ALWAYS been in place. This is simply a form of kindness on my part by making these rules clear to those whom were unaware.
Is this needed?
Unfortunately, yes. I've had a few self-proclaimed archivists try to reupload my content. Barring one notable exception, whom will not be named here, all the others were simply unaware the video had been taken down by myself, instead assuming it was YouTube. While I wish I could be as easy going with my content as Logan, I'm simply not that way, unfortunately.
Edit July 7th, 2020 at approx. 21:20 GMT
Any content that intentionally creates or spreads false information about myself or my brand are forbidden. Any content that unintentionally violates this should have clarifications be made about inaccuracies. On YouTube, for example, the best methods would be one or multiple of the following options:
-Unlist the video
-Make another video explaining any and all inaccuracies (which should be linked in the original video, either in the cards, and/or description and pinned comment).
-Post a pinned comment explaining the inaccuracies, as well as mentioning any inaccuracies in the description
Intentionally creating or spreading false information in such a manner, or failure to correct inaccuracies in a timely manner, may result in negative repercussions. Encouraging others to spread false information is also strictly prohibited and will result in negative repercussions.
